Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, your new features will be available immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens when I reach my link limit?
When you reach your monthly link creation limit, you won't be able to create new links until the next month or until you upgrade. All existing links continue to work forever; the limit only applies to new link creation each month.
What happens when I exceed my click or journey event limit?
For clicks: all are recorded, and we never drop click data. Your analytics dashboard shows the most recent data within your plan's allowance, and upgrading instantly unlocks your full history. For journey events: ingestion continues up to 150% of your monthly limit, then pauses until the next calendar month. Upgrade to raise your limits.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. All your analytics data, links, and journey events are preserved. Your plan controls how far back you can query. Upgrade again to instantly restore access to your full history.
Do unused clicks roll over to the next month?
No, analytics quotas reset at the start of each calendar month. We recommend upgrading if you consistently approach your limits.
How do your plans work?
We offer simple fixed-price plans with no per-user fees. Free and Basic are solo plans. Starting from Growth ($49/mo), you get unlimited team members. Each plan gives you more links, tracked clicks, custom domains, and API capacity. Pick the plan that matches your volume.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
We offer a generous free tier with the core feature set (full analytics, API access, webhooks, QR codes, and a custom domain) at limited volume. All paid plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee, so you can try risk-free.
