Acceptable Use

Your use of QCK is subject to our Fair Use Policy, which details prohibited activities, rate limits, automated enforcement measures, and the appeals process. You agree NOT to use QCK to:

  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Create phishing links or impersonate others
  • Link to illegal content or facilitate illegal activities
  • Distribute spam or unsolicited communications
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated tools to create excessive links
  • Resell the Service without authorization
  • Link to gambling, betting, lottery, or casino content
  • Link to alcohol retail, liquor stores, or brewery commerce
  • Link to drug-related content or paraphernalia

You are solely responsible for the content you link to. We reserve the right to:

  • Disable links that violate these terms
  • Remove links to harmful or illegal content
  • Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
  • Report illegal content to appropriate authorities

Service Availability

Pricing and Payment

  • Paid tiers: Billed monthly or annually as selected
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

  • Subscription renewals are non-refundable
  • After 14 days, you may cancel anytime and continue using paid features until the end of your billing period

The QCK service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content and links.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QCK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QCK and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your links may be disabled and your data deleted according to our data retention policy.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or prominent notice.
